Overview of workshops

If  you‘d  like to explore and experience  the 16 Guidelines in depth there are three levels of workshop for you to engage with.

Set in a warm, open and upbeat environment, each 16 Guidelines workshop aims to provide you with practical tools, guidance, inspiration and community to support you in discovering and strengthening lasting happiness and meaning in your everyday life.

The workshops provide the opportunity for personal reflection and learning as well as participation within a small like-minded group of people. Framed by the 16 Guidelines and Four Wisdom Themes, each workshop is structured to offer an experiential methodology through which you will engage in individual reflection, as well as pairs and group activities, to explore your understanding of yourself, your relationships and your world. This exploration is supported by the integral use of images, quotations, music, video and the arts.
